Bridge Studio of Delware is a Limited Liability Company owned and operated
by Tom & Alexis Ciconte and Harold Jordan. We have a wealth of experience
teaching, directing, organizing, and promoting bridge events.
Tom and Alexis are ACBL accredited teachers with hundreds of
happy and successful students to their name. They are also accredited
EasyBridge! presenters. Additionally, Tom is a ACBL Certified Club Director and
a member of the American Bridge Teachers Association (ABTA). In 2004 Tom &
Alexis were appointed to the ACBL Goodwill Committee.
Harold is also a Certified Club Director with over 12 years experience. He
is a former President of ACBL Unit 190 and ACBL District 4.
He has served as co-chair for two Wilmington Regional Tournaments.
Harold is credited with single handedly modernizing bridge in Delaware,
his accomplishments include: the Unit 190 website,
pre-duplicated boards and hand records for all unit pair games, and improved
movements of boards for fairer and more statistically sound play. These factors
combined to dramatically increase attendance at the unit's clubs game over the
past few years. Harold was honored as the 2005 ACBL-wide Goodwill member of the year.
